In addition, you agree uc may contact you using an automatic dialer or pre-recorded voice message. Message and Data rates may apply. Communications via text message will be sent to your mobile device, and may include information about any applications that you have started and/or any products or services that you are currently receiving. uc reserves the right to change these Text Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued consent to receive such text messages from uc constitutes your agreement to all such changes.

You have the option to enroll into specific subscription text alerts within the uc account center.  You may also receive text messages related to fraud activity independent of your other preference subscription enrollments.

By adding a mobile phone number to your uc Account, you are certifying that you are the account holder for the mobile phone account or you have permission from the mobile phone account owner to use this number for your uc Account.

To opt out of reoccurring text messages reply STOP. You acknowledge that opting out of a subscription text alert message(s) may not impact or opt-out non-subscription text messages. And similarly, you acknowledge opt-outing out of any non-subscription text message may not impact your subscription alert text message(s) enrollment.
